As the Executive Director of a national 2SLGBTQI+ network, I have led sector-wide advocacy, secured multi-million-dollar investments in community organizations, and built some of Canada’s most effective leadership development programs for emerging nonprofit leaders.

About Nonprofit Exponential
Born from lived experience in the nonprofit trenches.
Nonprofit Exponential began with a simple but powerful realization: too many nonprofit leaders are expected to do everything — fundraise, manage teams, build systems, and advocate — all without the infrastructure or support they need.
After years leading and scaling national nonprofits, Tyler Boyce saw that the sector didn’t need more theory — it needed practical, actionable solutions designed by people who’ve actually done the work.
So he created Nonprofit Exponential: a solutions lab that bridges big-picture leadership with real-world tools, frameworks, and fractional expertise that strengthen organizations from the inside out.
